Dr. Moelter has been studying brain function and dysfunction since 1991 when he was an undergraduate research assistant in a visual neuroscience laboratory at Penn State. After earning his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, with specialization in neuropsychology from Drexel University, he completed a postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center.
